What makes us so special

We are Poland's only bakery to deliver deep-frozen, unbaked dough to our shopping stands and stores, where it undergoes further processing. After defrosting, raw dough is decorated with various types of seed, cheese, as well as other ingredients, and then placed in growth chambers. It rests there until the time for oven baking has come. Products made in this fashion are of far superior quality to those pre-baked in any bakery – our clients can already tell the difference. All our breads are sliced and packed on location and are made using natural leaven. Among the various baking traditions we follow is the Italian tradition of ciabatta – wheat bread made with addition of scale ice that gives the crumb its porous appearance and inimitable Italian flavour.
